Why prospects choose a competitor
A win/loss analysis asks buyers why they went elsewhere, and the answers are often vague. AI explains its recommendation in every conversation. Stead collects those reasons as objections against your company, such as another provider being a better fit or your pricing being unclear, each backed by the exact sentence. Stead also shows where the problem lies: in your website, when AI can't tell what you offer, or in your offer itself. So you know whether it's a job for marketing or for product and pricing. And when customers consider switching to a competitor and ask AI for an alternative to you, you see what AI advises them and by which criteria. So you know where to act to keep them.
Competitive benchmarking
For every area where your customers look for advice, you see your competitive landscape: whether AI mentions your company, whether it recommends you, and which competitors win instead. The reasons those competitors win reveal the criteria AI uses in your market and where you stand on each of them. Every number is backed by real conversations you can open and read.
Brand perception in AI
Your image with AI is the picture it passes on whenever your company comes up in a conversation. Stead shows whether AI knows your company or confuses it with another, how often it speaks well of you (your sentiment), and what strengthens or weakens that picture, such as doubts about your credibility. Questions that name your company, like "Is X reliable?" or "X or Y?", you can track over time.
Ongoing competitor tracking
Stead asks every question twice a day across three models. That was a deliberate choice: AI answers the same question differently every time, and a reliable picture takes many conversations. You see the effect of a change after about a week instead of two, before competitors' own moves or a new model shift the picture again. Everything stays visible over time, including the moment a competitor moves ahead of you.
Test your positioning first
How would AI recommend your company if you expanded your offer, published your pricing or changed your positioning? Simulation shows you before you make the change. You describe it as it would appear to the outside, for example as a new page. The comparison shows how AI recommends you today and with the change: which objections go away and whether the change leads AI to recommend you over your competitors.
